Cabinets and devices of relay automation (protection) RPA are used to provide control, automation, protection, monitoring, measurement of parameters and signaling of energy facilities (transformer substations, transformers, autotransformers, generators, generator-transformer units, power transmission lines) with a voltage of 35 - 500 kV of energy systems under construction and modernization, as well as to replace obsolete or failed RPA panels.
Functions and features:
The relay protection and automation cabinets are based on a standard metal structure with overall dimensions of 2200*800*600 mm (base 100). The cabinets are designed for double-sided maintenance. Operational control devices and signal elements are located on the front door of the cabinets. The terminals are located on the plate behind the front door. To monitor the status of the signal elements of the terminals, a window is provided on the front door of the cabinets. On the rear side of the cabinets, there are rows of clamps that can be accessed with the rear door open. The rows of clamps are individual for each set and are located on the left or right sidewalls.
The weight of the cabinets depends on the type of design. The cabinet body is coated with powder enamel.
The cabinets comply with GOST and IEC requirements for electromagnetic compatibility and noise immunity.
The production and delivery of RZA series panels is carried out:
- as individual panels;
- as shields;
- as a complete set of RZA panels for substations and return ends.
